Enrico Nagel is an artist who is inspiring me throughout the analogue day. His collage, especially with human forms, is something I wish to further explore. I love his use of organic and non organic forms to fill the figure. removing the head and eyes but somehow not removing the emotion from the piece.
His mixture of the organic and non organic is something I will explore in the creation of my pieces. As I feel it can create a good juxtaposition between feelings and form. Similarly the architectural nature of his work I feel will also lend itself well to my work on Art Deco, And could be useful in making my work relate back to the research that I have done.
